Home Inspections

Real estate is one of the most important purchases you may ever make.  An inspection is all-encompassing and allows you to know the integrity and condition of the property you are purchasing.  An inspection is a small investment to make to potentionally avoid the mistake of purchasing a property in need of major and costly repairs. We recommend that you attend your inspection as this is an invaluable educational opportunity for you to understand your home with an expert to guide you.

Here at New Horizon, we work for you, the home buyer.  Our inspections are comprehensive and cover the exterior, interior, and mechanical systems of the home.  Typically a home inspection takes from 2-3 hours, depending on the size, age, and features of the home.  Following the inspection, you will recieve a typed report of our findings with a CD of images for your review.  We inspect the home so you know just what you are getting when you sign the paperwork at settlement.
